Services

Prime Power Wash provides exterior cleaning services including but not limited to house washing, roof washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, concrete cleaning, wood and deck cleaning, fence cleaning, window washing, glass and mirror cleaning, rooftop and skylight cleaning, shrink wrapping, Christmas lighting installation, building cleaning, and heavy equipment cleaning. Our service areas include Bergen County, Passaic County, Essex County, Hudson County, and Morris County in New Jersey.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and an assessment of the property or equipment to be cleaned. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided by Prime Power Wash are based on the information available at the time of the estimate and may be subject to change upon on-site inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes or if conditions differ from those described at the time of the estimate.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance by calling (201) 357-0441 or emailing info@primepowerwashnj.com. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment methods as communicated at the time of service. Failure to make timely payment may result in late fees or collection actions as permitted by law.

Property Access and Preparation

By scheduling services with Prime Power Wash, you grant us permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for ensuring that the areas to be cleaned are reasonably accessible and for securing or removing any fragile, valuable, or personal items from the work area prior to the start of services. Prime Power Wash is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area that were not secured or removed.

Limitation of Liability

Prime Power Wash performs all work with professional care using industry-standard methods and equipment. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions that may be revealed or affected during the cleaning process, including but not limited to loose paint, deteriorated surfaces, clogged downspouts, or prior improper repairs.

Satisfaction and Disputes

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion at (201) 357-0441 or info@primepowerwashnj.com so we can address your concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues in a timely manner.

SMS/Text Messaging Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website forms, by texting us, or by verbally consenting, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Prime Power Wash. These messages may include appointment confirmations, service reminders, estimate follow-ups, and promotional offers.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Prime Power Wash is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
